Tiny Miracles Kitten Rescue is a fully foster-based, neonatal kitten rescue located in Johnson City, TN.

Our mission is to save the lives of vulnerable kittens under six weeks old—those most at risk of euthanasia in local shelters. We are also deeply committed to spay/neuter initiatives aimed at reducing the number of unwanted litters and preventing future suffering.

Every kitten season, thousands of orphaned or sick kittens are at risk of death, both on the streets and in animal shelters. Without a mother to care for them, human/medical intervention, or specialized care these kittens face impossible odds and often don’t survive.
 

At Tiny Miracles, we work closely with area shelters and rescues to take in kittens under six weeks old who require intensive, hands-on care that shelters simply can’t provide. Our team of dedicated fosters delivers round-the-clock feedings, medical treatment, and nurturing support to neonatal, injured, and special-needs kittens.

While in our care, no kitten goes hungry or endures the elements. Once they’ve recovered from illness, injury, or malnutrition, we focus on proper socialization to ensure they’re ready to thrive in loving forever homes.
